  • Retail Orders: Unopened dried seafood products may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Wholesale Orders: Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Bulk orders must be inspected upon delivery.

Return Process

  2. We will provide instructions for returning the product.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If you paid via bank transfer, please provide your account details for refund processing.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will arrange for replacement items to be shipped once the returned products are received.

Cancellations
